The facilities and the food of the hotel. The location is near to trastevere. It's worth staying here and exploring Villa Borghese Parioli district. Room met expectation.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

Very relaxed atmosphere. Helpful when required but not in your face. Breakfast was fine with a great cup of coffee. Free Wifi (and plugs) in the reception areas which is great for Skype if you can get a quiet moment. Popular with ~School/College groups but they were very well behaved so didnt bother me.

The staff was very helpful and communicating in English was not a problem. The location was also very good. It was close to the river and centeral and just to the south of the Vatican and Colliseum and only a 15 minute walk from the Pantheon. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby, especially along the river in the evenings.
It was unusually warm weather during our stay and the air conditioning had a difficult time keeping up. Also our room was next to the kitchen and we were awakened each morning around sunrise by the overwhelming aromas of super sweet smelling pastries baking, which may it very difficult to sleep in after enjoying Rome at night.

The location was excellent. We were able to experience all of Rome on foot. The area of Trastevere is a great place to have as a home base. The room was simple but comfortable. The bath was clean and complete. The 3rd floor patio was delightful when you wanted to sit and take in the fresh air. The breakfast was as expected, bread, yogurt, fruit, sliced meat and cheese as well as any type of coffee.
Wireless internet in lobby was not very strong. Some people found it fine, I could not attach with my smartphone. Single computer in lobby for those who did not bring laptops was useful.

Excellent location. Quiet. The rooms were a bit shappy, but clean. Issues with the showers.

Location was central but area gets noisy at night. Hotel was clean but beds were very hard. Had room darkening shades which makes it easy to sleep
Wifi only in the lobby and only accessible if no one else is using. The front desk is always using it and doesn't care if you can get on network or not. I didn't feel the front desk was friendly in general. Asking for a room key was a bother to them

Great location in Travestere near the Tiber and walking distance from most sites. Relatively quiet side street with easy access to lots of good value places to eat and drink.
Room very tired looking and need of a good clean/refurbishment (e.g. rotten apple core on outside window sill and pigeon droppings not cleaned; shower a bit grotty). Air conditioning not that effective.

We really liked this hotel. The location is great. It's in a lovely area- Trastevere, but on a quiet street away from noise. We'd both seen a lot of the main sites in Rome before so we were happy wandering around the streets of Trastevere with a brilliant choice of restaurants and avoiding the really busy touristy areas. The main sites are all within walking distance too as the hotel is near the river so the location couldn't be better. The room was nice, with a huge comfortable bed, a large bathroom and a nice view out the back of the hotel. The shower was great, everything was clean and the staff were friendly. We would definitely stay there again.
The breakfast wasn't too exciting but I'd say that's normal enough. It was fine...

We stayed at the hotel for a week, it is a simple hotel, has everything you need, great location, big bedrooms and bathrooms for standard europe b&b, wi fi in the hall, ac. Our experience was wery good our bedroom looked into de back yard so we did not get the noise of the street. I would definitly recomend it if you are looking for a b&B.
The breakfast is a bit poor you have bread and croisants, te, coffee, yogurts, some pies, jam and butter. If you are lucky you will get some ham and cheesse. So what we did was buy fruits, and other things for breakfast at a local mini market and keept it in the mini bar in the room, and took it down for breakfast almost every day.
